Ketut Permata Juliastrid Sari of Indonesia won Miss Cosmo 2024 at the Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on October 5, 2024. She competed against 55 other candidates including Karnruethai Tassabut of Thailand, who was the first runner-up.
Miss Cosmo 2025
On December 20, 2025, Sari will crown her successor at the Creative Park in Ho Chi Minh City. It is the second edition of the international beauty pageant based in the city.

Bonang Matheba will host the Miss Cosmo 2025 coronation ceremony with Tassabut, Bùi Đức Bảo and Đặng Dương Thanh Thanh Huyền. The judges are Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu, Miss Universe 2025 fourth runner-up Olivia Yace, former Miss Universe Organization president Paula Shugart, Ali Aslan, George Chien, Phạm Sanh Châu and Nguyễn Hoàng Vũ and the performers are Jessica “Jessi” Ho, Hoang Thuy Linh, Ho Ngoc Ha, Phuong My Chi, Van Mai Huong, Truc Nhan, Miss Universe Vietnam 2025 Huong Giang and Tempest.
