Al Thani is an angel investor and a businessman who co-owns the architecture company Arkiteknik International and serves as a major shareholder in Dubai Investment Properties. He is Sheikha Maryam bint Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum‘s son. His grandfather Ahmad bin Ali bin Abdullah bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani was the emir of Qatar from 1960 to 1972.
On January 22, 2018, Khalid graduated from Zayed Military College in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. Demonstrating his forward-thinking business acumen, he invested in the coding platform Replit on December 8, 2021.
