Carlos Arroyo Rojas of San Carlos, Alajuela, Costa Rica was 22 years old when he won Mister Belleza Masculina Costa Rica 2025 in Belén, Heredia, Costa Rica on January 25, 2025. A total of 16 men competed for the title.
Runner-up to Arroyo was Albert Ramirez of Liberia, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The second runner-up was Anthony Camacho of Turrialba, Cartago, Costa Rica.
Mister Belleza Masculina Costa Rica 2026 contestants
On January 24, 2026, Arroyo will go back to Belen to crown his successor. It is the third edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Costa Rica’s Man of the World, Mister Model International and Mister Earth International candidates.
Mister Model International 2025 Jack Titus will join the panel of judges along with Miss Supranational Costa Rica 2026 Fiorella Araya, Gabriel Nieves, Miss Universe Bolivia 2020 Lenka Nemer Drpic and Mario Alfaro.
The coronation ceremony will be hosted by Miss Universe Costa Rica 2025 finalist Anlly Alvarado, Mister Earth Costa Rica 2023 Rayner Hernandez and Mister Belleza Masculina Costa Rica 2025 finalist Bryan Cespedes.

On May 31, 2025, Arroyo represented Costa Rica at Man of the World 2025 and competed against 26 other candidates at the SM SkyDome in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, He finished in the Top 18.
On June 21, 2025, Dani Cespedes represented Costa Rica at Mister Model International 2025 and competed against 32 other candidates at the Pabellón de Cristal in Barranquilla , Colombia. He was unplaced.
On August 29, 2025, Camacho represented Costa Rica at Mister Earth International 2025 and competed against 19 other candidates in Bogota, Colombia. He finished in the Top 12 and was named the second runner-up.
