Guillermo Lago represented Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain at Mister Reinado Nacional de Belleza (RNB) España 2025 and competed against 51 other candidates at the Teatre Auditori Salou in Salou, Tarragona, Spain on October 25, 2025. He ranked first and was crowned Mister Supranational Spain 2026.
In second place was Ricard Lorenzo of Tarragona, who was crowned Mister International Spain 2026. In third place was Abel Villamor of La Rioja, who was crowned Mister Global Spain 2026.
Lago and Lorenzo withdrew from Mister Supranational 2026 and Mister International 2026, respectively. On April 11, 2026, during the Miss RNB España 2026 coronation ceremony at the Teatre Auditori de Salou, two kings were appointed namely Mister Supranational Spain 2026 Pedro Cordero of Cartama and Mister International Spain 2026 Jacques Nacho Monclús of Huescal.
On August 1, 2026, Cordero will represent Spain at Mister Supranational 2026 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Malopolska, Poland. On September 26, 2026, Monclus will represent Spain at Mister International 2026 at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok, Thailand.

On October 24, 2026, Lago, Lorenzo and Villamor will crown their respective successors at the Teatre Auditori de Salou. It is the sixth edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Mister Supranational, Mister International and Mister Global candidates of Spain.

On October 5, 2025, Alejandro Ortega represented Spain at Mister Global 2025 and competed against 36 other candidates at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi, Bangkok, Thailands. He won the title.
