On February 27, 2026, Laet crowned his successor Eduardo Castillo of Grande Curitiba at Baco’s Buffet e Recepção in Caruaru, Pernambuco, Brazil. A total of 23 men competed for the title.

Brazil in 2025 international pageants

On June 28, 2025, Thierry represented Brazil at Mister Supranational 2025 and competed against 38 other candidates at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland. He was unplaced.

On September 25, 2025, D’Soni represented Brazil at Mister International 2025 and competed against 41 other candidates at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Ngamwongwan in Bang Khen, Nonthaburi, Thailand. He finished in the Top 11.

On October 5, 2025, Laet represented Brazil at Mister Global 2025 and competed against 36 other candidates at the MCC Hall of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok, Thailand. He finished in the Top 20.
