Miss Universe Philippines 2026 quarterfinalists
On May 2, 2025, Ahtisa Manalo represented Quezon, Philippines at Miss Universe Philippines 2025 and competed against 65 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila. She won the title.
