Estefano Balarin Pacheco competed in the second edition of Rey de Lima Capital. He represented Peru in the 16th edition of Mister International and the eighth edition of Man of the World.

He was second runner-up to Eleazar Moreno and was appointed Mister International Peru 2024 for the Philippine version of Mister International 2024.
• On November 10, 2024, he represented Peru at Mister International 2024 and competed against 24 other candidates at the Toledo City Megadome in Toledo City, Cebu, Philippines. He was runner-up to Francisco Zafra of Spain.
• In December 2024, he traveled to Madrid, Spain and Dubai, UAE.

• From May 2025 to July 2025, he stayed in the Philippines for modeling engagements.
