30 Mister Cosmo 2026 candidates to compete in Vietnam

The inaugural edition of Mister Cosmo will be held in Vietnam. The date and venue of the coronation ceremony have yet to be announced.

On August 18, 2026, the official launch of Miss Cosmo 2026 was held at the GEM Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Some of the Mister Cosmo 2026 candidates attended the event along with UniMedia founder Tran Viet Bao Hoang and Miss Cosmo 2024 first runner-up and Mister Cosmo deputry head Mook Karnruethai Tassabut.

UniMedia is the company that launched Miss Cosmo in 2024. During the Miss Cosmo 2026 launch, Tassabut said Mister Cosmo is looking for men with:

• On July 15, 2023, Bruno Barbieri represented Ecuador at Mister Supranational 2023 and competed against 33 other candidates at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Malopolska, Poland. He finished in the Top 10.
• On November 26, 2023, Bruno Barbieri represented Ecuador at Mister Global 2023 and competed against 35 other candidates in Maha Sarakham, Thailand. He finished in the Top 10.
• On October 6, 2024, Patrick Forstner represented Thailand at Mister Global 2024 and competed against 31 other candidates at the MCC Hall The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi in Bangkok. He was third runner-up to Dom Corilla.
• On November 23, 2024, Bruno Barbieri represented Italy at Mister World 2024 and competed against 59 other candidates at NovaWorld in Phan Thiết, Bình Thuận, Vietnam. He finished in the Top 20.

Vietnam

Vietnam is the 16th most populous country in the world. It is home to Man of the World 2018 Cao Xuân Tài, Miss Earth 2018 Nguyễn Phương Khánh, Miss Grand International 2021 Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên, Miss Intercontinental 2022 Lê Nguyễn Bảo Ngọc and Miss International 2024 Huỳnh Thị Thanh Thủy.

On April 7, 2026, Tô Lâm assumed office as the president of Vietnam. He held the same position from May 23, 2024 to October 21, 2024.

On July 10, 2026, Lâm turned 69. He was born in Văn Giang, Hưng Yên, Vietnam, which is around 1,508 kilometers away from Ho Chi Minh City.
