Aldo Salazar Bahena, 37, is a citizen of Mexico. He was incarcerated in Elgin, Illinois from September 12, 2005 to September 12, 2025. On September 15, 2025, ICE officers arrested him.
ICE arrests Jordan’s Fuad Farah Ikhbeis, Zimbabwe’s Lloyd Tinashe Hwehwe in Texas
During a weeklong ICE operation in Houston, Texas, Fuad Farah Ikhbeis, 57, and Lloyd Tinashe Hwehwe, 36, were arrested for criminal offenses. Ikhbeis has a past conviction for sexual indecency with a minor, while Hwehwe was previously convicted of intoxicated manslaughter after a fatal crash. Both are considered risks to public safety.

Latrance Latronce Battle, 52, from Panama City, Florida, formerly of Huntsville, Alabama, registered to vote in 2020. She faces serious charges, including kidnapping and impersonating an ICE agent, after allegedly abducting Merika Senior in April 2025. Battle was arrested while attempting to flee to Alabama and is currently awaiting trial.

Ilma Leandro De Oliveira, a 53-year-old Brazilian woman, faces prosecution for illegally reentering the U.S. after deportation. Julio Cesar Henao Cordoba, a Colombian citizen, was arrested by U.S. authorities after fleeing Panama, where he faced charges of aggravated rape of a minor. Initially paroled into the U.S. by ICE on May 26, 2022, he was subsequently terminated from the alternatives to detention program and arrested again on March 14, 2025.

Bilal Karayigit, a 26-year-old from Turkey, was arrested by ICE for allegedly violating immigration terms and sexually assaulting a Massachusetts resident.
