Andrew Emerald, 45, was arrested in Massachusetts after a sword-brandishing standoff with the FBI. Indicted on eight federal counts, Emerald allegedly posted Facebook threats to kill President Trump by 2026. After a peaceful surrender, he pleaded not guilty and remains in custody pending a detention hearing in Springfield federal court.
