Napoleon V. Abueva, the late National Artist for Sculpture, was honored by Directories Philippines Corporation and PLDT during the DPC-PLDT Visual Arts Competition 32. His widow and daughter received a plaque of appreciation, and replicas of his original trophy were awarded to top schools, with trophies designed by his niece.
