Ikhbeis has a past conviction for sexual indecency with a minor, while Hwehwe was previously convicted of intoxicated manslaughter after a fatal crash. Both are considered risks to public safety.

Dr. Julie Gard Schnuelle, 59, of Auburn, Alabama was murdered on September 6, 2025 allegedly by Harold Rashad Dabney III, 28, of Montgomery, Alabama. He was arrested on September 7, 2025 and booked into the Lee County Jail in Opelika, Alabama.

Hanover’s Dwayne Anderson pleads guilty to wire fraud charges in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Dwayne Anderson, 35, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court for defrauding a California woman from 2010 to 2017 through a fake sweepstakes scheme, resulting in losses exceeding $181,000. He was arrested in Jamaica in July 2024 and extradited to the U.S., where he faces eight counts of wire fraud.
