Shavit Wiesel crowns Malkat HaYofi 2011 Ella Ran in Haifa
Shavit Wiesel, 20, from Be'eri, Israel, won the Malkat Hayofi (Miss Israel) 2010 title, held in Haifa. She crowned her successor, Ella Ran, who will represent Israel at Miss World 2011. Second place went to Bat-El Jobi, who will represent Israel at Miss Universe 2011. The event featured 20 candidates and notable judges.

Fonthip Watcharatrakul crowns Miss Thailand Universe 2011 Chanyasorn Sakornchan in Bangkok
Fonthip Watcharatrakul, born in Samut Prakan, Thailand, won the title of Miss Thailand Universe 2010 and represented her country at Miss Universe 2010, where she received the Best National Costume and Miss Photogenic awards.
