Lars Pacheco from Bocaue, Bulacan, underwent sex reassignment surgery in Thailand on July 29, 2022. She won the Miss International Queen Philippines 2023 title and crowned her successor, Sophia Nicole Arkanghel, on April 14, 2024. The Philippines now holds three Miss International Queen crowns, awarded in 2012, 2015, and 2022.
