Patrick Britton-Harr, 41, of Charleston, South Carolina, faces charges for defrauding Medicare and AeroVanti members. He allegedly submitted over $15 million in fraudulent Medicare claims for unnecessary COVID-19 tests and misused $15 million from AeroVanti members intended for aircraft purchases. Legal actions are ongoing against him for multiple fraud-related charges.
