US Marshals arrest Williamson, West Virginia’s Charles Blevins in Gaffney, South Carolina
Charles Ray Blevins, 38, from Williamson, West Virginia, has been arrested for the alleged murders of Travis Huff in 2007 and Adrian Smith in 2019. Initially sentenced to life, Blevins had his verdict set aside but later pled to second-degree murder, receiving a 40-year sentence. He was paroled in February 2019.
