Joy Robinson crowns Miss Iowa USA 2006 Sarah Corpstein in Ottumwa
Joy Robinson, from Altoona, Iowa, was a runner-up in Miss Iowa USA contests before winning the title in 2004. She represented Iowa in Miss USA 2005 but did not place. Robinson crowned Sarah Corpstein as her successor, who became Miss Iowa USA 2005 and will compete in Miss USA 2006.
