Larissa Costa, crowned Miss Universe Brazil 2009, will pass on her title at the national pageant on May 8, 2010, in São Paulo, where 27 contestants from various states will compete for the Miss Brazil 2010 title.
Chutima Durongdej crowns Miss Thailand Universe 2010 Fonthip Watcharatrakul in Bangkok
Chutima Durongdej, crowned Miss Thailand Universe 2009 at 23, represented Thailand in Miss Universe 2009, performing against 82 candidates. She did not place but won the Miss Photogenic award. Durongdej later crowned Fonthip Watcharatrakul as Miss Thailand Universe 2010 on March 20, 2010, at Sofitel Centara Grand in Bangkok.
