Edward Barry Watts sexually assaulted and fatally strangled Sherry Crandell of Bowie, Maryland inside her office at Prince George’s Hospital Center in Cheverly, Maryland on January 13, 1998. She was 50. He died in 2019 at age 69. He was not identified as the killer until 2025.
Memphis Safe Task Force arrests Martravius Vinson, Demarius Chalmers
Martravius Vinson, 19, Demarius Chalmers, 19, were arrested in Memphis, Tennessee by the Memphis Safe Task Force on November 4, 2025 and November 7, 2025, respectively. Vinson was wanted for second-degree murder and Chalmers was wanted for reckless murder.

Huber Heights, Ohio’s Jacob Prichard accused of ending Jaymee Prichard, Jaime Gustitus’s lives
Jacob Prichard, 34, of Huber Heights, Ohio and his wife Jaymee Prichard, 34, were acquaintances of Jaime Gustitus, 25, of Sugarcreek Township, Ohio. They all had worked at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. On October 25, 2025, Jacob allegedly killed Gustitus and Jaymee before killing himself.
