Viengsavanh Boutdavong, 46, of Seattle, Washington is a homeless man. He is accused of inappropriately touching a girl, 5. On September 12, 2025, he was arrested and booked into the King County Jail. He was charged with first-degree rape of a child and kidnapping.

ICE arrests Jordan’s Fuad Farah Ikhbeis, Zimbabwe’s Lloyd Tinashe Hwehwe in Texas
During a weeklong ICE operation in Houston, Texas, Fuad Farah Ikhbeis, 57, and Lloyd Tinashe Hwehwe, 36, were arrested for criminal offenses. Ikhbeis has a past conviction for sexual indecency with a minor, while Hwehwe was previously convicted of intoxicated manslaughter after a fatal crash. Both are considered risks to public safety.
