DaCara Thompson of Lanham, Maryland was reported missing on August 22, 2025 and was found dead in Hyattsville, Maryland on August 31, 2025. She was killed in Bowie, Maryland allegedly by Hugo Hernandez Mendez, 35, who was arrested on September 4, 2025.
