Gregory Groom, 22, of Rehoboth, Massachusetts is accused of fatally stabbing his girlfriend Kylie Monteiro. She was 11 weeks pregnant at the time of her death. He pleaded not guilty to murder when he was arraigned on August 20, 2025.
