Darwin David Espinal del Cid, 27, has been arrested in Pespire, Honduras. He is accused of killing his girlfriend Maria Bernarda Popol Garcia in Telford, Pennsylvania. They were Honduran nationals who were in the U.S. without legal immigration status. He is being held in Tegucigalpa awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
