Patrik Sjöö won Manhunt International 2016 in Shenzhen, China, among 42 contestants. He later crowned Truong Ngoc Tinh, the first Vietnamese winner, on November 27, 2017, in Bangkok. Manhunt International, founded in 1993 by Rosko Dickinson and Alex Liu, showcased 37 candidates during its 2017 edition.

Pedro Mendes crowns Mister International 2016 Paul Iskandar in Bangkok

Pedro Mendes from Switzerland won Mister International 2016 in the Philippines, competing against 36 candidates. He later crowned Paul Iskandar from Lebanon as his successor in Thailand. Iskandar previously played basketball for Champville and earned a degree in health and physical education from Notre Dame University during 2011-2015.
