Patrik Sjöö won Manhunt International 2016 in Shenzhen, China, among 42 contestants. He later crowned Truong Ngoc Tinh, the first Vietnamese winner, on November 27, 2017, in Bangkok. Manhunt International, founded in 1993 by Rosko Dickinson and Alex Liu, showcased 37 candidates during its 2017 edition.

Patrik Sjöö of Sweden won the Manhunt International 2016 competition on October 29, competing against 42 participants in Shenzhen, China.
