Rhonda Shannon Cox, 36, was wanted for allegedly abusing a child in Berkeley County, West Virginia, in November 2022. After fleeing to Maryland, she was arrested on April 25, 2025, at a hotel in Prince George's County by the U.S. Marshals Service and will be extradited back to West Virginia.
