Joseph Shane Bragg, 49, of Douglasville, Georgia. is accused of yelling racial slurs at a black FedEx driver named Michael Rush Jr. in Douglasville on January 17, 2023. Represented by Ryan Williams, Rush filed a police report on January 18, 2023.
