Philip Hall, an American pharmacist and pastor from Jamestown, Tennessee, is known for opposing the dispensing of Plan B contraceptives. He co-founded Hall Family Pharmacy in 2014. Hall faced legal challenges after being fired for his beliefs and later engaged in fraudulent healthcare practices, resulting in a federal indictment in December 2024.
