Vance Luther Boelter, a Minnesota resident, is a former preacher and security service director. He launched Revoformation Ministries and served on state workforce boards. In 2025, he allegedly shot four individuals and went on the run before being arrested. Born on July 23, 1967, he had previously traveled internationally for preaching.
