David J. Diaz, 43, was arrested in Stratford, Connecticut, following a prostitution sting by the local police. Guilford, where Diaz resides, is 29 miles away and is home to American Cruise Lines. Stratford, named after Stratford-upon-Avon, has a history dating back to 1643 and faces ongoing issues with prostitution.
