Yityish “Titi” Aynaw of Netanya won the Malkat Hayofi 2013 beauty pageant on February 27, 2013. She later crowned Mor Maman and Doron Matalon as her successors for the 2014 titles. Aynaw represented Israel in Miss Universe 2013 but did not place, while she withdrew from Miss World 2013.

Shani Hazan from Kiryat Ata won Malkat Hayofi 2012 in Haifa, Israel. In 2013, she crowned Yityish "Titi" Aynaw as her successor. Lina Machola, crowned Na'arat Israel 2012, returned to crown Bar Hefer in 2013. Hazan finished in the Top 30 at Miss World 2012; Machola was unplaced at Miss Universe 2012.

Ella Ran, 21, from Herzlia, Israel, won the Malkat Hayofi 2011 title at the Haifa International Convention Center. She crowned her successor, Shani Hazan, in 2012. Other notable winners included Kim Idri, who became Na'arat Israel 2011, and Lina Machola, who would represent Israel at Miss Universe 2012.

Shavit Wiesel, 20, from Be'eri, Israel, won the Malkat Hayofi (Miss Israel) 2010 title, held in Haifa. She crowned her successor, Ella Ran, who will represent Israel at Miss World 2011. Second place went to Bat-El Jobi, who will represent Israel at Miss Universe 2011. The event featured 20 candidates and notable judges.

Adi Rodnitzky won Malkat HaYofi 2009 held in Haifa, Israel, on March 18, competing against 19 candidates. She later represented Israel at Miss World 2009. In March 2010, Shavit Wiesel was crowned Malkat HaYofi 2010, to represent Israel at Miss World 2010, succeeding Rodnitzky.

Tamar Ziskind was crowned Malkat HaYofi 2008 in Haifa, Israel. She represented Israel at Miss World 2008 but did not place. In March 2009, Ziskind crowned Adi Rodnitzky as her successor. The Malkat HaYofi 2009 pageant featured 20 candidates and included performances by notable artists at the Haifa Convention Center.
