Harvey, Louisiana’s Michael Harris arrested in Memphis, Tennessee
David Sumera and Alexxis Eymard, from Belle Chasse, Louisiana, tragically died at 36 and 26, respectively. Sumera, a single father of five, and Eymard, who battled drug addiction after losing her brothers, were fatally shot allegedly over a drug delivery. The suspect, Michael Harris, was apprehended in Tennessee.
