Sydney Jane Robertson, a licensed esthetician and model from Pennsylvania, was Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2014 and later won Miss Pennsylvania USA 2021. She crowned her successor, Billie LaRaé Owens, in April 2022. Sydney also competed in Miss USA 2021, where she received the Miss Photogenic award but was unplaced.

Victoria Piekut, 24, of North Huntingdon Township, Pennsylvania, studied marketing at the University of Pittsburgh. An advocate for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and POTS, she won Miss Pennsylvania USA 2020 on November 3, 2019. On July 31, 2021, she crowned her successor, Sydney Robertson, at the same venue. Piekut also competed in Miss USA 2020.
