Jaylan N. V. Perry, 15, of Toledo, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed by her ex-boyfriend, Robert Shields III. Her family generously donated her organs, benefitting six recipients across the US. Shields was arrested in Indiana and faces extradition to Ohio.
