On October 8, 2023, Blake Johnston from the USA won the inaugural Mister Cosmopolitan pageant held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Johnston, also an actor, wrestler, and fitness enthusiast, was previously Mister Supranational Montana 2022. He stands 6'0" and pursued his education on a wrestling scholarship at Minot State University.
