Marc Thomas Muffley, an American from Lansford, Pennsylvania, has a history of legal issues. He attempted to bring an explosive device onto a flight in 2023 and was subsequently arrested. He will face a federal court hearing in March 2023 and is set to be sentenced in May 2024 after pleading guilty to the charges.
