Kansas’s David Lytle, Colorado’s Robert Reger sentenced for selling data on U.S. consumers to fraudsters

David Lytle and Robert Reger, former employees of Epsilon Data Management, were convicted of conspiracy and multiple counts of mail and wire fraud. They sold consumer lists to fraudsters, resulting in the defrauding of over 218,000 victims and losses exceeding $23.7 million. Lytle received a four-year sentence, while Reger was sentenced to ten years.
