Billma Krystalena Peter from Mejit, Marshall Islands, won Miss Marshall Islands 2019 and reigned until 2022. On February 4, 2023, at the International Conference Center, she crowned Claret Taonang Chong-Gum as her successor. Chong-Gum will represent the Marshall Islands at the Miss Pacific Islands 2023 pageant.

Billma Krystalena Peter won the Miss Marshall Islands 2019 title, representing Mejit amidst 24 contestants. She will return on February 4, 2023, to crown her successor among 20 competitors for the Miss Marshall Islands 2023 title. Previously, Peter represented the Marshall Islands in the Miss Pacific Islands 2019 pageant.

Billma Krystalena Peter from Mejit won Miss Marshall Islands 2019, competing against 23 candidates at the International Conference Center in Majuro. Crowned by President Hilda Cathy Heine, she will represent the Marshall Islands at Miss Pacific Islands 2019 in Papua New Guinea on November 30.

Leoshina Mercy Kariha represented Papua New Guinea and won the Miss Pacific Islands 2018 title in Tonga. On July 13, 2019, she will attend the inaugural Miss Marshall Islands 2019 event, featuring 24 contestants, with President Hilda Cathy Heine in attendance. Heine is the first Marshall Islands doctorate holder and current president.
