2022 Marikina congressmen, mayor, vice mayor, councilors elected
Marcelino “Marcy” Reyes Teodoro has served as the mayor of Marikina, Metro Manila, since June 2016. In the May 9, 2022 elections, he won with 183,878 votes against Bayani Fernando. The elections also included seats for congressmen, vice mayor, and 16 councilors across two districts, with 260,749 registered voters.

Marcelino "Marcy" Reyes Teodoro, born in Santa Elena, Marikina, has served as the city's mayor since June 30, 2016. He is an alumnus of the University of the Philippines and Ateneo de Manila University. In the 2019 elections, he was re-elected with 158,024 votes, leading other local candidates.
