Christopher Lee Borreson, 47, from Maynard, Arkansas, died from gunshot wounds sustained during a 911 call on May 29, 2025. Joshua Kane Smith, 30, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Authorities are investigating the relationship between the two men, and Borreson's body has been sent for autopsy.
