Samantha Catherine Keaton, from Milwaukee, won Miss Wisconsin USA 2021 on May 23, 2021. She crowned Hollis Brown as her successor on May 8, 2022. The competition included 28 candidates, and Wisconsin has had seven placements in Miss USA history, with notable finishes in 1967, 1974, and 2014.
