Erin Strotman, a registered nurse from Virginia, was employed at Henrico Doctors' Hospital when she allegedly caused unexplained fractures in four infants in the NICU in 2023 and 2024. After being placed on leave and reinstated, she was arrested in early 2025, charged with malicious wounding and felony child abuse.
