Nansi Nikolaeva Karaboycheva Dimitrova is a Bulgarian television host and beauty queen, crowned Miss Bulgaria 2013. A former national beach volleyball champion, she has a bachelor's and master's degree in marketing. Dimitrova hosts "The Biggest Loser" on bTV, and has two children with husband Dobromir Dimitrov.
