Tajiya Eikura Sahay won the Miss Cook Islands 2019 title on October 26, 2019, at Te Are Karioi Nui. On October 31, 2025, she crowned Tiarē Henry-Anguna as her successor, who will represent the Cook Islands at Miss World 2026. The event featured seven contestants and multiple national titles.
