Karen Ibasco won Miss Earth 2018 in a contest featuring 86 candidates, held in Manila on November 3, 2018. Other titles included Miss Earth-Air, Water, and Fire awarded to candidates from Austria, Colombia, and Mexico respectively. The next edition, Miss Earth 2019, will take place on October 26, 2019, with 85 contestants.
