On October 30, 2022, Manu Franco was crowned Mister International 2022, becoming the first representative from the Dominican Republic. The upcoming Mister Republica Dominicana Internacional pageant, scheduled for March 1, 2024, will feature 22 candidates and be held at the Auditorio Patrick N. Highson in Santo Domingo.
