Jordan Pensak, a 27-year-old corrections officer at FCI Fort Dix, New Jersey, was charged with sexual abuse for engaging in a consensual relationship with a federal inmate. Investigators found explicit materials and communications on contraband cellphones. Pensak is facing up to 15 years in prison if convicted and was released on bail.
