Kamel Raad represented Lebanon and won the Mister United Continents title in 2015. He returned in 2016 to crown his successor, Mohit Singh from India, who also competed at Rubaru Mister India 2016. The 2016 pageant featured 12 participants, with Singh ultimately taking home the title.
