John Kevin Delaney, a Maryland resident and former U.S. Congressman, is a Democrat who co-founded CapitalSource and Health Care Financial Partners. Born in New Jersey, he attended Columbia and Georgetown for his education. He ran for the 2020 presidential race and endorsed Joe Biden after suspending his campaign. He has four daughters.
