John Warrington Kosolcharoen, 53, from California, founded companies Liveyon and Genetech, promoting stem cell products linked to hospitalizations. He misrepresented these products' effectiveness in treating various diseases. In August 2024, he pleaded guilty to introducing an unapproved drug and was sentenced to three years in prison, currently serving time for an unrelated offense.
