San Bernardino, California’s Kevin Ray James denies shooting Monica Leech in 1997
Kevin Ray James, 55, appeared in a Ventura court, accused of fatally shooting Monica Lynne Leech in 1997. Leech, a bank teller, was killed during a robbery. James pleaded not guilty and was linked to the case through DNA testing. The second suspect remains unidentified, with rewards offered for information.
